Designing a website

We are committed to building websites that are clearly laid out, fast to download and easy to use.

Before contacting us it would be useful to consider the following:

°  The purpose of your site - do you want to: generate enquiries - provide information - showcase your products - advertise your services ?

°   Your target audience - who are they - what will they be looking for - how do you want them to contact you ?

°   Look at your competitors' sites - what do you like about them - are they clearly laid out and easy to use - consider their strengths and weaknesses

°   Content for your site - what do you want to say - what images, logos do you want to use - how many pages do you anticipate ?

Compelling content is the key to a good website.

Step 1 - Contact us to talk over your ideas without obligation. We need to consider the content for the site (text, photographs, logo etc) and discuss the proposed layout, budget and timescale for the project.
This consultation is free, it will cost you nothing

Step 2 - While you consider any additional text and images to be used, (and whether you will supply these, or would like us to create them ) we will design and send you a page showing the initial layout and navigation for the site, and check on the availability of domain names. With your comments and suggestions, we will revise the initial layout until you are completely happy with all aspects.

Step 3 - Once we have defined what is involved, we will send you a price for the project, detailing exactly what will be included and when the site will be completed and published.

Step 4 - If you decide to go ahead, we will invoice you for 50% of the cost. We will then develop the site and put it onto one of our servers so that you can view it in progress, make comments, and remain involved in all aspects of its development.
Successful sites are the product of good communication between the client and designers.

Step 5 - When the site is finished to your complete satisfaction, and tested on all the main browsers in different screen resolutions, we will publish it under your own domain name. You will be given password access to your own control panel, from where you can set up mail accounts, mail forwarding, and all the other services available in your hosting package. details
In addition to a comprehensive "support database" on your control panel, which answers most of the common issues, our support will continue for as long as you wish us to maintain and host your site.
When the project is completed to your satisfaction, we will then invoice you for the outstanding balance.

We are only an email or phone call away.
